Rooted Spaces is a visual studio founded by Gloria (Spain, 1994). She has a background in Media studies and a Master’s degree in Sociology of Communication.

Her practice began with analog photography — a slower, more intentional way of seeing that conformed her current documentary approach.

She has worked across diverse cultural contexts, including Spain, Norway, and Senegal, both as a photographer and Director of Photography for documentary films.

She works with conscious brands, hotels, social organizations, and wellness professionals. Offering a visual language that enriches and elevates each client’s visual universe.

Through Rooted Spaces Studio, she translates lived and sensory experiences into visual narratives rooted in presence, atmosphere, and place.
